Individual & Couples counseling in an affirmative and multicultural environment. I work with adults of many ages, and have over 20 years of providing Counseling focused to the needs of College & University students & faculty.

My approach is individually based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Techniques.

Working with Inter-Personal Neurobiology, learn to understand how thinking and feeling works; learn ways to self-regulate your brain & body.

Traumatic Events of Past & Present: Understand impacts of sexual molest, abuse or assault & recovery skills for self care.
